Our certified loan signing agent is experienced in handling loan documents and can ensure that all documents are properly signed and notarized to meet lender requirements.
In addition to Signing Agent services, Trinity Truth Notary offers solutions for all general notarial acts, such as Acknowledgements, Jurats, Oaths, Verifications and Certifications. We service Jails, Hospitals and Nursing Homes. Trinity Truth Notary also offers I-9 verifications as well as, resume writing services and will soon be expanding to include Fingerprinting, Apostille services and wedding officiating.

Travel Charges
Travel charges are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Texas Notary Fees. The following prices do not reflect, or include the fee for the notarial act, itself.
Standard Mobile Service (09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.) $50.00 + mileage
Evening Mobile Service (6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) $75.00 + mileage
Late Night/Overnight Mobile Service (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) $150.00 + mileage.

Can TTN provide counsel, guidance or any legal advice to a client?
TTN cannot offer any help with regard to legal counsel, guidance or advice. To do so, would be a violation of Texas law.
Is Trinity Truth Notary Insured and Bonded?
Trinity Truth Notary is licensed, bonded and commissioned by the State. TTN carries $100,000 E&O insurance.
Is Trinity Truth Notary Accredited by any governing body?
All Notaries associated with Trinity Truth Notary.com are licensed by the State of Texas as well as being NNA certified Signing Agents.
Is Trinity Truth Notary affiliated with any professional organizations?
Trinity Truth Notary is a member of the National Notary Association, The American Association of Notaries, the American Society of Notaries, the United States Notary Association. as well as Notary of America.
What forms of Payment are accepted?
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, Venmo and Cash App.
Must the signer be present?
Yes. Texas law prohibits the notarization of a signature or document if the signer is not physically present. This does not apply to RON signings.
What if I cannot get to your office?
TTN will travel to your location and take care of all of your notarial needs.
Can I come to your office to sign?
Generally, TTN travels to you. Though, in certain circumstances TTN will provide a place for you to come and complete your notarial act.
Will a copy or picture of my ID be acceptable proof of identity?
NO. Only original articles of ID are permitted.
I do not have ID. Is there any way to work this out?
A Notary may use personal Knowledge of the signer, or the signer may bring two credible witnesses to the signing. These witnesses must either know the Notary OR must present valid ID to the Notary AND must know the signer well enough to be able to swear or affirm the signer’s identity before the Notary.
Can I alter the document to be notarized?
You may not alter the document in any way. The smallest alteration, such as removing a staple may create a situation where a third party might not accept your notarized document.
Can a Notary alter the dates of the signatures?
TTN cannot back date or forward date any notarization. The date must reflect the actual date that the Notary performs the Notarial act.
What is your service area?
TTN typically performs Notarial Acts in the DFW Metroplex, but will travel to any location as needed, in the State of Texas.
What are acceptable forms of ID?

In lieu of ID, in certain circumstances,credible witnesses with the appropriate identification are permitted.

What cannot be notarized?
Any recordable document may not be notarized. Examples of which include, Birth/Death Certificates and Marriage Licenses. In addition, copied ID photos, faxed signatures, documents with blanks or missing information, or documents where the name does not match the ID, cannot be notarized either.
